There is a lot going on a collective level, affecting each of us as we are going through the Covid-19 Pandemic. There is a lot we can do on a personal level for our health for keeping our immune system strong with the right kind of food, as well as resetting our fight-and flight respond so our immune-system can do it’s job and giving our bodies a chance to heal, recover or simply stay strong on guard. How we think and feel about ourselves, is the foundation for our health and will either support our health-journey or decline it.

I have been “walking the talk”, so to speak with Lyme-disease and other illnesses and have learned how to be in charge, so I can live a life with radiant health, wellbeing and happiness.

My approach

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.

You will learn to ditch stress and overwhelm, loose weight without dieting and have a good digestive health.
You will learn how your gut health affects your brain and how to increase clarity and focus so you can focus on building your life, dreams and goals.

Working with me, you will get a full package health-and life coaching, where we will look at all areas of your life included your body, mind and soul, to understand, learn and implement the building blocks to create your personal blueprint for optimal health, wellness and happiness.
You will also learn and integrate a simple and fun process for working on your dreams and goals in all areas of your life.

Guided breath-work and visualization

You will learn how to practice deep breathing and how to monitor your breath as you go through your day, as a tool for inner guidance and to be upfront in your healing process.
Learning to use the power of visualization and imagination as the most important tools in our healing and life.

Stress Management Techniques

Continuing working with breath-work/exercises, along with mindfulness exercises to create inner peace and focus.

Meditation

Learning simple meditation exercises to implement in your daily life, for rejuvenation, inner peace, well-being and healing.

Here are some concepts we will be looking on:

Bio-IINndividuality

The concept of Bio-IINndividuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

Primary Food

It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.

Integrative Nutrition Plate

The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasizes the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size. To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body!

Crowding Out

Many nutrition experts give their clients a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which explains why so many people are turned off by nutrition. My approach is different – by eating and drinking foods that are good for you, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods. Simply put, you will crowd out the unhealthy food in your diet. This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you along the way.

 

Deconstructing Cravings

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.
